WE WON’T MAKE A FUSS ABOUT RETURNS!
We want you to be happy with everything you purchase from us. If for some reason your purchase is not to your liking, you can always send it back to us. We will refund you your money or send you something else, whichever you choose.
If you would like to return an item to us, either because you’re not quite happy with it or in the unlikely event it arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 10 working days of receipt. Contact us either by email at email@example.com or call us on 01494 874101 and let us know about your return. All returned items should be received by us within 20 working days of receipt. We recommend you obtain a proof of posting. Refunds will be made within 5 working days of the returned item being received by us.
With the exception of damaged or faulty items, we are not responsible for your postage costs without prior agreement. With the exception of damaged or faulty items, purchased should be returned with the original packaging intact and in a re-saleable condition.
